Our production line is comprised of mechanical motor grabs, hydraulic lifting machinery, electro-hydraulic motor grabs, single rope radio control grabs and a variety of other types of specialized lifting machinery.



To date, Peiner has provided more than 75,000 units throughout the world. Our unique grabs deal with a range of materials from iron ores, cement, coke, fertilizers, scrap and refuse, amongst a range of other things. Our many years of experience in the overall designing process and in making high quality products helps to allow our client's receive the proven technology their diverse applications demand.



SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than twelve years within the United States market place. Different industries like for instance Waste to Energy, Scrap handling, Steel Mills, and numerous other material handling facilities like Bulk Transfer Facilities presently depending on our buckets and grabs to get their jobs done.



Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of producing grabs that deal with the biggest volume instead of grab dead weight. Usually, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This means transporting greater quantities of supplies quicker. There is less wear and tear on the structure of the crane and its related components. Through a combination of innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the weight ration which is desired is obtained.



Grab sizes would vary from 1 cubic yard or less to over 50 cubic yards in order to suit the needs of the client. Peiner USA Inc. also provides a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the models sold within the United States, as well as the addition of new grabs and buckets.
