Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being engineered and made all the time and will debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
